Our Values

Faith

Our work is rooted in God the Creator, Jesus Christ our Redeemer, and the Holy Spirit our guide. We remain faithful to the Magisterium of the Catholic Church and entrust our efforts to the intercession of Saint Kateri Tekakwitha, our patron.

Hope

We work toward the new creation promised in Christ’s redemption, trusting that the restoration of right relationships among God, people, and all of creation is part of God’s plan already unfolding and moving toward its fulfillment.

Love

Guided by the two Great Commandments—to love God and to love our neighbor—we serve people of all faiths, especially people who are poor, disadvantaged, vulnerable, struggling, or marginalized, recognizing that all people are invited to be co-workers with God in caring for creation.

Truth

We ground our work in Catholic faith and social teaching, science, and Traditional Ecological Knowledge, approaching every partnership and challenge with honesty, humility, intellectual integrity, and a non-ideological, non-partisan spirit.

Goodness

We seek the good of people, communities, and all of creation through responsible stewardship, applying the principles of Catholic social teaching—including the dignity of the human person, solidarity, subsidiarity, and the common good—with honesty, integrity, accountability, and practical action.

Beauty

We embrace a positive, creative approach to conservation, recognizing the beauty, order, and harmony of creation as reflections of the infinite beauty of God, drawing us toward him.
